The coconut water contains vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7 and B9.  essential for the metabolic pathways of the mitochondrial detoxification. In addition to vitamin B, coconut water also contains vitamin C (ascorbic acid), which is an important natural antioxidant that also aids in the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) that are constantly consumed during the process of mitochondrial detoxification.
