Shipping Procedures
- Delivery service to customers nationwide by private couriers.
- Shipping costs will be displayed on the page before payment and this price includes VAT.
- After receiving the order confirmation email Domestic customers will receive the products within 7 working days, while international customers will receive the products within 3 weeks.
- If there are any changes during the shipping period, customers will be contacted via email by Bertram (1958) team.

Pick-up procedure
- The customer will receive a call confirming delivery of goods from a shipping company authorized by Bertram (1958).
- The customer checks the product and signs the product with the courier.
- The customer has the right to refuse to receive the product. In case the product, product code, price, color, and shape do not match the customer's order from the website, or the product is abnormal, has dents, or is damaged.
