Shipping Process

The company provides nationwide delivery services to customers via private courier companies.

Shipping fees will be displayed on the website prior to payment, and the stated prices already include value-added tax (VAT).

After customers receive the order confirmation email:

Receiving Your Order

Authorized courier companies appointed by Bertram (1958) will contact customers to schedule and confirm the delivery.

Upon receiving the product, customers may inspect the condition of the item(s) and sign to acknowledge receipt with the delivery staff.

Customers have the right to refuse delivery in the following cases:

  The product, product code, price, color, or design does not match the order placed on the website.

  The product is in an abnormal condition, dented, defective, or damaged.

The company will review the reported defect or damage within approximately 7 business days and will contact you with the result using the contact information you provided.

If the inspection confirms that the product is defective due to manufacturing issues or damaged during transportation, the company will proceed with an exchange or return accordingly.

Return and Refund Process

If a refund request is approved, the company will automatically process the refund within 30 days after the cancellation process is completed. Refund methods may vary depending on the customer’s original payment method.

Eligible Cases for Exchange or Return
