Shipping Process
The company provides nationwide delivery services to customers via private courier companies.
Shipping fees will be displayed on the website prior to payment, and the stated prices already include value-added tax (VAT).
After customers receive the order confirmation email:
Domestic customers will receive their orders within 7 business days.
International customers will receive their orders within 3 business days.
If there are any changes during the delivery period, the Bertram (1958) team will notify customers via email.

Receiving Your Order
Authorized courier companies appointed by Bertram (1958) will contact customers to schedule and confirm the delivery.
Upon receiving the product, customers may inspect the condition of the item(s) and sign to acknowledge receipt with the delivery staff.
Customers have the right to refuse delivery in the following cases:
The product, product code, price, color, or design does not match the order placed on the website.
The product is in an abnormal condition, dented, defective, or damaged.
For International Tourists: Special Delivery Service to Hotels in Thailand

If you are planning to travel to Thailand and would like us to deliver your order to your hotel, please place your order at least 7 days prior to your arrival date to ensure timely delivery.
